Subscription Billing & Cancellation

How Subscriptions Work

Rezune subscriptions are designed for customers who want consistent delivery and savings on recurring orders. Subscription terms, product price, delivery cadence, and any discount are shown before purchase.

Billing

Your subscription renews according to the cadence shown at checkout. Billing happens automatically using the payment method selected when the subscription is created.

Pauses, Skips, and Changes

To pause, skip, change, or update a subscription, email getrezune@gmail.com with your full name, order number if available, and the change you want to make.

Cancellations

You can request cancellation by emailing getrezune@gmail.com. Please reach out at least 24 hours before your next billing date so our team has time to process the request before the renewal order is created.

After Renewal

If a renewal order has already processed, contact getrezune@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will review the order status and help where reasonable, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment.
